5M Internet Installation Policy

Site Survey First – A technical survey is required before any payment. DO NOT pay until this is done and approved for installation.

🪪 Valid ID Required – Customers must present a valid ID and complete the Installation Form.

💳 Payment Coverage – Payment is for installation. Subscription is paid for as a separate line item.

No Liability for Delays – Delays due to missing documents, inaccessible sites, or external factors are not the responsibility of 5M Telecom.

5M Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Policy

At 5M Telecom, we provide our customers with all the necessary equipment required to deliver reliable connectivity, including a CPE radio and installation accessories. These items remain the property of 5M Telecom and are retrieved if a customer discontinues our services.

For the convenience of our customers, the Wi-Fi router provided during installation remains with the customer and is not subject to retrieval. This ensures that clients may continue to use their in-home network setup even after service termination.

Value Added Tax (VAT) Policy

In compliance with federal tax regulations, all 5M Telecom service charges are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing government rate. Prices quoted in our brochures, proposals, and packages are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

VAT is applied at the point of billing and reflected clearly on all invoices provided to customers. This ensures full transparency and adherence to statutory requirements.

  • Service Charges

    Service Charges apply to technical support calls from customers involving replacement of faulty CPE radios, POEs and routers. Realignment of CPE radios, replacement of broken mounting poles are billable. Other services such as setting up of smart TVs and smart devices will be charged for after 7 days of initial installation has elapsed.

  • Customer Relocations

    Customers who relocate within our city of coverage and those who relocate to other cities with 5M Telecom network coverage will be billed.

  • Additional Hardware & Accessories

    Cables in excess of 15m for outdoor and 5m for indoor will be billed. Fabrication costs will be borne by the client. Additional routers and repeaters will be charged at prevalent rates.

  • Customized Bandwidth

    Tailored internet packages designed to match your specific needs, ensuring optimal speed, reliability, and performance for businesses or individuals.

  • Static IP

    Get internet packages tailored to your specific speed and performance needs, backed with the option of a dedicated Static IP. This ensures reliable connectivity, easier remote access, and seamless support for business-critical applications.
