Anselm U. Kaduru

Chief Executive Officer

Anselm Kaduru is a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, has earned over 23years extensive experience in the Information Technology/Communications sector, Local & Wide Area Networking, Management Information Systems
& administrative management.

His portfolios include Chief Technical Officer Genika Nigeria Limited, Chief Technical Partner/Sytems Controller of NED Consultants, Managing Director of Food Cloud LTD, and Chief Executive Officer of Gridline Communications West Africa Limited.

Anselm’s experience covers many sectors and he has led the deployment of ICT platforms in various organizations. His experience in BPL Technology spans 14years within which he has extensively researched, presented and piloted demos in Nigeria & Ghana.

Andjelo Krajina

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Krajina is a Serbian. He had his first degree in Electro-mechanical Engineering from the Technical School Mihajlo Pupin, Indjija, Serbia, he has a Degree in Network Administration from IT Academy in Belgrade.

In addition, he has attended various international Network training programs on the design and construction of Networks, Network design and Security, etc.

His experience spans over 15 years, especially in the field of Wireless, Fiber networks and Servers. Mr. Krajina’s expertise includes – Core & Transport Network and Servers Administration and Maintenance.

Uchenna E. Chilaka

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Chilaka is a Nigerian born German Engineer based in Munich from where he also oversees the international operations of 5M Telecom Ltd. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Imo State University, Owerri in Nigeria and is currently completing his Executive Master’s degree in IT governance and Risk Strategy.

With over 13 years industry experience, Mr. Chilaka is a certified Blockchain Technology Expert from University of Nicosia, Cyprus as well as a certified Apple Applications and Microsoft Systems Engineer in Germany.

Mr. Chilaka is a fan of human development which drives him to own non-profit organizations for talent development in soccer and martial arts known as Grand Combat Sports World and Chykap International FC.

Clifford Ogbuagu

Chief Business Officer

Mr Ogbuagu, has a Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He has attended various international training programs in the UK & USA.

With experience of more than 20 years, he has been involved in Oilfield Development projects for Operations in Nigeria & West Africa, working as a Field Engineer, Client Services Manager & Operations Manager.

He’s expertise includes – Operations Management, Business Development, Strategy Development & People Management.

Innocent Anyahuru

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anyahuru is a Chartered Accountant, a Principal & Founder of Innocent Anyahuru & Co. (Chartered Accountants), an Accounting & Management Consulting & Advisory Firm; a Principal Partner in Ned Consultants, a Management Information Systems Consulting Firm.

He is an Accounting graduate, holds an MBA in Accountancy, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria & an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Nigeria.

He served in KPMG Nigeria, Odili Nwankwo & Co (Chartered Accountants), and has been involved in the audit of many IOCs, Banks, Multi-Nationals & MDAs, his experience spans over 30years.
